- Termination: SGM may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and may deny you access to the Website, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Website.
- Changes to Agreement: SGM reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SGM with respect to the use of the Website, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and SGM.
